Q. How many times can I enter the giveaway?

Q. What individuals are eligible to enter the giveaway?
A. Entry is open to individuals who meet the following criteria.
- You must be a legal resident of the state of Ohio.
- Your current primary residence must be in the state of Ohio but NOT part of an electric cooperative or a municipal electric utility.
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
- Notwithstanding anything else stated here or in the Official Rules, officers, directors, employees and contractors or agents of FirstEnergy Solutions; competitive retail electricity service providers; electric aggregators; licensed electricity agents and brokers; and licensed electricity consultants and their immediate family members (i.e., current and former spouses; parents and their current and former spouses; biological, adopted or stepchildren and their current and former spouses; and biological, adopted or stepsiblings and their current and former spouses) are not eligible to participate in or win the giveaway.

Q. What businesses are eligible to enter the giveaway?
A. Entry is open to businesses that meet the following criteria.
- Your business must be in the state of Ohio but NOT part of an electric cooperative or a municipal electric utility.
- Notwithstanding anything else stated here or in the Official Rules, electric distribution utilities; electric distribution utility holding companies; electric light companies and electric services companies; competitive retail electricity service providers; electric aggregators; licensed electricity agents and brokers; and licensed electricity consultants are not eligible to participate in or win the giveaway.

Q. Can I enter to win the giveaway without being a FirstEnergy Solutions customer?

Q. When does the giveaway end?

Q. How and when are the winners selected?
A. There will be two (2) random drawings for the residential giveaway, and two (2) drawings for the business giveaway. These random drawings will occur at the midway point of the giveaway on or about October 1, 2012 and at the end of the giveaway on or about November 20, 2012. Q. Will it cost me anything to receive my prize?
A. No. The giveaway prizes will be delivered at no charge to the winners. However, winners and donation recipients are responsible for any taxes and costs that apply. Q. Do I have to enter online?
A. No. Ohio residents may also enter the giveaway on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper by hand printing your complete name, address, age, daytime phone number, email address (if available) and the words "FirstEnergy Solutions Thanks a Million giveaway" and mailing it in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: PO Box 5046, Department 589200, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046.
